Delivery

1Where is my order?

What do I need to do if my order has not arrived yet?

  • Check the delivery date - Your expected delivery window may be found in your Order Despatch email. Please allow your order to arrive by the end of the day on the specified date. After receiving the dispatch notification, you can anticipate your order to arrive in the specified number of working days.
  • Track the order online - If you chose a tracked option when you placed your order, you can monitor the status of your shipment as it travels through the postal or delivery network. You should have received any tracking information in your shipping confirmation. Your order cannot be traced if you did not choose a tracked service.
  • Contact our Customer Services Team - they will assist you further if your expected delivery date has passed and you have not received your product yet.

Until this date has passed, we will not be able to provide you more details.

2UK Deliveries

To guarantee that our customers receive their products on time, we normally use Royal Mail or DPD. The delivery partner is chosen based on the value of your order and the delivery option you chose. Our delivery partner will additionally send you SMS delivery alerts if you provide a working mobile phone number on your account.

Standard shipping is free for orders above £89.

£3.50 - Standard - Royal Mail delivery: 3-5 business days.

£5.95 - Express Tracked - Courier Delivery: 1–2 Business Days

At the moment, Daruk.co.uk only delivers to certain European countries including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

Standard shipping is free for orders above £178.

4Asian Deliveries

At the moment, Daruk.co.uk only delivers to United Arab States.

With our “Combine & Enjoy" subscription service, we make sure you never run out of the supplements you want, and in exchange for your commitment, we give you up to 30% off when you subscribe.

2Complete flexibility

Simply subscribe to receive your favourite Daruk supplements monthly. You always have the option to manage your membership. By signing into your account here and selecting the "Subscriptions" tab from the left-hand menu, you can accomplish this.

3Instantaneous notifications

It will be simple for you to keep track of the things you'll receive and when you'll receive them since, we’ll let you know before each delivery when we're about to ship your next order.

1Which payment options are available to me?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal, among other payment options.

2Coupon Codes

On the first page of the checkout process, there is a field labelled "Coupon Code" where discounts can be applied.

Order Issues

1I must cancel my purchase

You might be able to cancel your order if you have already made an order but have not yet received your items. You must get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide your order number for us to receive written confirmation of your cancellation from you. You must return all the products in the order if you have already received your order, or it has already been dispatched.

2I have received the wrong item

Please send us an email with your order number and a picture of the item you received if one of the items you received was not what you ordered. From there, we will advise on what to do next. As we are unable to cover any unauthorised return postage fees, kindly wait for our instruction before posting back an item.

3I am missing an item

If an item is missing, we apologise. We advise double-checking and confirming the following before you get in touch with our customer service team:

 

  • It is conceivable that we dispatched your in-stock item separately if you ordered multiple items and one of them was out of stock. If we have already contacted you about this, kindly check your emails (including your junk/spam folders).
  • Please check your emails to see if any of your items will be coming separately since we may have shipped them in separate packages.

If you still need to contact our Customer Service Team, be sure to include the order number and information about what is missing, and we will do all in our power to help you out as quickly as we can.

4I have received a damaged item

If you have a damaged item, we apologise. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, referencing your order number and providing specifics on the issue. We can move forward the process more quickly if you can provide us photographs of the issue.

You will be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund, including postage costs (if applicable), via your original payment method, if we can verify that there was an issue when we first shipped the product.

Refunds & Returns

1How do I return an item?

Please package everything safely and properly with your order number written on the exterior. You may read about our whole returns policy and procedure here.

All products being returned must be sent in their original packaging and condition. Should a product be returned to us in an unacceptable state, we reserve the right to ship it back to you. 

2How will you be refunded?

If you are entitled to a refund, we will credit your original payment method.

  • Credit/debit card refunds will be made to the same cards that were used to place and pay for the order if you paid with a credit or debit card. In accordance with your bank, it could take up to 5 working days.
  • PayPal - A refund will be applied to your PayPal account.
3How long does a return take?

The delivery of your package back to our warehouse if you are returning from the UK can often take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) starting the day following the date of your return, and we strive to process the return within 7–14 days after receipt here.

4When will I get my refund?

Any refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method used by you to place the order. Depending on your payment source, this normally takes 10 working days.

Please contact us with your proof of postage if your return hasn't arrived by the return deadline so that we can provide you with additional assistance.

1When will an item be available again?

Our aim is to always have the Daruk supplement of your choice in stock, however occasionally demand exceeds supply, so kindly check our website for restocks.

Additionally, we advise you to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media to learn about upcoming product launches and great deals.

2Having issues logging onto my account

By clicking here, you may change your password. If your email address and password are not being recognised, you might not have set up an account yet. This is not something that is done automatically when you create a subscription, therefore it's possible that you need to create an account. If you have a subscription, you would have received an email inviting you to do so.
