RETURN POLICY

  • You must start the return process within 10 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund, excluding any applicable shipping, customs, or other non-product costs.
  • A receipt or other evidence of purchase must be included in the return package.
  • Return packages will not be eligible for a refund if they are not received within 10 days of initiating the return.
  • Items that have been damaged or opened will not be refunded.
  • Even though you received free shipping, we regret that we are unable to reimburse the shipping costs we incurred to send your item to you. Your refund or store credit may be reduced by the appropriate shipping and handling fees before it is provided.
  • The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. Please think about utilising a trackable shipping service and getting shipping insurance when shipping the item(s). We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and we will not be able to proceed with your request until we have received your return package.
